**Project Recruitment Administrator - Ulverston Office**

**Job description**

- **Our main office is based in Ulverston and following the continued growth of Land and Sea Resources we are currently recruiting for Project Recruitment Administrator based at our Office in Ulverston to support existing team and maintain relationships with Project Management Teams.**_
- **It is ideally suited, who has a high customer focus and Commercial experience.**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Efficiently working within the company CRM system
- Liaising with Internal Sales/sales managers with any issues on project handover
- Setting up of projects on CRM system
- Preparing smaller quotes for ongoing projects for PE's
- Confirming Project Assignments / dates
- Arranging Project Assignments in UK, worldwide and maintaining relationship with management team
- Allocating personnel for projects
- Liaising with Client management team on Project status
- Monitor all commissioning reports and ensure they are allocated to the relevant files and storage places in the business
- Working on Company CRM system on daily basis
- Collating of O+M updates
- Dealing with personnel queries over the telephone in an efficient manner
- Process and administration of all personnel details on CRM to the relating projects
- **Experience / Qualifications**:_
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft
- Experience of working in an administrational role in a similar industry would be beneficial
- Experience of Salesforce would be advantageous
- **Knowledge / Skills**:_
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Planning and organizing
- Good administrational skills

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30 / 17:00
