Administration Officer

2 x Part Time - Admin/Accounts officer.
- Preparation of Invoices, quotations and purchase orders.
- Monthly Payroll and Overtime administration.
- Diary scheduling and administration duties for General Manager.
- Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders.
- General office duties.
- Making payments to creditors.
- Maintaining comprehensive databases relating to training, qualifications, vehicles and assets.
**Essential skills**:
- HNC or equivalent in Administration or at least one years’ experience as an Administration
Assistant/officer.
- Must be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Quickbooks and Dext experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & manage your time, working to deadlines.
- Purchase ordering and Invoicing.
**Desirable**:
- Self-motivated individual.
- Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
- Confidence in working as part of a busy engineering team.
- Engineering industry experience.
- Hours: 3 days over 5 = **Between 16 -21 per week** (Negotiable) _
- Business hours: Monday - Friday **08:30 - 16:30** _
