Cove Recruitment have partnered with the Private Health Care Sector and are looking for a temporary Administrator to work in a Portsmouth Hospital. Our client has over 200 contracts in 40 NHS Trusts.

Main Purpose of the Role:
As the Stock Administrator, you will assist with the co-ordination of the day-to-day activities and service delivery of managed services to the theatre team. You will be expected to monitor the ordering of consumables and the receipt of information to ensure that procedures are not postponed due to quality failures, thus avoiding service credits.
- To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery.
- To carry out cycle-counting and ad-hoc stock-takes
- To rotate stock as appropriate
- To manage all stock within the department in a pro-active manner and flag any over/under consumption
- To ensure that all purchase orders placed by management are authorised in accordance with Trust requirements and that all procedures are adhered to.
- To liaise and communicate effectively with staff.
