About the Role: Our client, a global leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Client Relations Administrator. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who are eager to support the Sales team in managing both new and existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Process incoming orders within the sales system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate deliveries through various logistics channels, including courier services and freight networks.
  • Monitor and prepare back orders and inventory forecasts to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to keep track of client account statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Exhibit a strong affinity for data management and organization, contributing to a smooth operational flow.
  • Be a proactive team player, willing to assist with various tasks as needed to support colleagues.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or administrative role is advantageous, as we prioritize a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
