We are seeking dedicated Client Relations Specialists to become integral members of our team on a permanent basis.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will engage with a diverse array of clients through phone and email communications, assisting them with their requests related to electricity services for their new residences or modifications to existing connections.

Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the process, offering insights on application procedures, and proactively updating them on the status of their projects.


We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service to join our Connections application teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering expert advice on application processes and next steps.
  • Overseeing customer accounts and providing timely project updates.
  • Addressing and resolving complaints at the initial point of contact.
  • Collaborating with other departments to manage and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, we are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service.

  • A strong customer-centric approach, ensuring the client’s needs are prioritized.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and capable of processing substantial information.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the technical aspects of the role, with support from our knowledgeable team.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential, along with a genuine desire to engage with clients and contribute to a dynamic team.
