- Onboarding new clients into the internal database

- Coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Overseeing calendar management

- Conducting site survey documentation
- Communicating with external parties to align expectations
- Performing general administrative duties
- Meeting deadlines consistently
- Organizing travel and lodging arrangements
- Prioritizing tasks effectively
- Responding to correspondence
