Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary ongoing basis. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within a busy operations administration team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the operations administration team, including processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system.
* Liaise with internal departments to support with customer enquiries that have come through via email.
* Process and request V5 documentation using the internal system and cross-checking with the DVLA.
* Process parking fines and speeding tickets using external, legal databases.
* Maintain and assist with various email enquiries.
* Send out MOT and Service reminders using the diary system.
* Upload correct Motor Insurance Documentation.
* Scan and upload documentation in line with compliance.
* Upload new vehicle details onto the internal system.

**Requirements:**

* Previous administration skills and experience.
* High attention to detail.
* Process-driven individual.
* Ability to manage a busy workload.
* Adaptable to change.
* Ability to multitask.
* Ability to work to deadlines.

**About the Role:**

This is a temporary assignment with a duration of 3-6 months, with potential to go on longer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations administration team, including processing information with a high level of detail onto the internal system.
