Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our client team at MOD - HMS Nelson Queen St Southsea, Hampshire PO1 3HH United Kingdom. This is a key role, providing general administrative support and contributing to the smooth running of client practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including managing records, filing, and data entry.
- Handling phone calls, responding to enquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with front desk reception duties, welcoming patients and managing their check-ins.
- Coordinating correspondence, emails, and documentation for the practice team.
- Supporting the medical staff with any administrative tasks related to patient care.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Experience with administrative duties, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of office software.
