Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our care services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the care services team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in a related topic (or equivalent experience).
  • GCSE English Grade A-C.
