Are you ready to take your administrative experience to the next level? Our client's busy projects and procurement team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support their Project Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and services.

This role will involve collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing, as well as providing day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for raising purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and handling import/export operations. Your ability to think critically, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively will be instrumental in achieving goals and contributing to project success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
  • Handle import/export operations, coordinating the movement of goods seamlessly
  • Communicate delivery schedules and proactively address any potential delays
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Prior experience in procurement is a plus, but not required - our client offers full training
  • Strong office administration skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in using computers and proficiency in Google and MS Office tools
