HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised HR Support Specialist to join our team at OutThere RPO in Southsea, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a high level of confidentiality and able to provide administrative support to our HR Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Consultants, including producing standard letters, contracts, and populating template documentation.
- Work in conjunction with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
- Provide resourcing administration support to the OutThere Recruitment Team, including qualifying candidates, maintaining recruitment sourcing software and applicant tracking system, and completion of recruitment process documentation.
- Conduct basic candidate searches using effective utilisation of job boards and head hunting, and provide customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
Requirements:
- Relevant education background or on the job experience in Business Administration and/or working towards a relevant HR Qualification.
- A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Keen attention to detail.
