Our client specializes in providing tailored services and is looking for additional assistance in their operations department.
As an Operations Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls and addressing client inquiries
- Onboarding new clients into the internal database
- Updating vendor records
- Generating contracts
- Providing estimates
- Issuing purchase orders
- Coordinating with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Compiling project-related documentation
- Conducting site assessments
- Communicating with external parties to align expectations
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Meeting deadlines
- Arranging travel and lodging
- Prioritizing tasks effectively
- Responding to correspondence
