Key Responsibilities of the Event Operations Coordinator

  • Set up and manage coffee breaks, carts, and service stations with necessary supplies.
  • Arrange tables, action stations, buffets, and carts for seamless service.
  • Relay any special meal requests or dietary needs to the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure timely clearing and cleaning of courses during events.
  • Oversee the presentation of tableware for guest accessibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service areas, and stations.
  • Lead shifts and serve as a role model for the events team.
  • Drive the successful execution of our diverse range of conferences and events.
  • Organize daily operations of events to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant and Bar team within our dining facilities.
  • Work closely with our dedicated Sales and Events department.
