Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator role at BTS is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to progress in a professional services setting.
As an Operations Coordinator, you will partner with experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients, and our systems.
You will then be allocated to work with internal account teams, providing logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programmes to regional and global clients.
As you learn and develop, you will take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working at pace, and managing their workload and priorities.
