About the Role:

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our programmes to regional and global clients. This is an entry-level role within the organisation, well-suited to someone looking to progress in a professional service setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with more experienced colleagues to understand the role, how we work with clients, and our systems.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to coordinate and deploy our programmes to regional and global clients.
  • Take on more complex and involved programmes of work, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure each client project is run successfully.

Location:

This role will be based in our Portsmouth office, located at Lakeside, North Harbour. We work a hybrid model with a minimum 60% of time based in the office (3 days for a full-time employee). The role may also potentially involve travel to enable involvement with client deliveries.

Requirements:

Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. You will need to have the right to live and work in the UK. You will also be asked to work from the Portsmouth office, so should live within a reasonable commuting distance or be prepared to move prior to commencing in the role.
