Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, managing stock levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Stock Management: Ensure accurate and efficient stock replenishment, manage stockroom organization, and maintain high standards of stock presentation.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Team Management: Train and develop store associates in stock management guidelines and standards, inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
  4. Operational Management: Manage store operations, including payroll, administration, and rota, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor KPIs and team performance, running reports and updating management teams to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements
  1. Passion for the Brand: Demonstrate a genuine passion for the Levi Strauss & Co. brand and its values.
  2. Relevant Experience: Possess relevant stock operation experience, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change to meet store operational demands.
  4. Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail.
  5. Teamwork: Work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, to achieve shared goals.
