**About Our Client**:
My client is a well established business within a great area of Portsmouth.

As the Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with internal departments to effectively resolve customer queries that have been escalated
- Making bookings for customers
- Chasing third parties for updated on behalf of the customers
- Fleet administration for company vehicles
- Stock reconciliations and reporting

**The Successful Applicant**:
In order to be considered for the role you will:

- Be well organised and able to manage large volumes of information at any one time
- Be customer focused to ensure the best outcome
- Be solutions focused to problem solve quickly and effectively
- Be able to prioritise
- Be IT Literate
