nGeneration is on the lookout for an experienced Stock Audit Consultant or a hospitality professional with management or supervisory experience, particularly in Wet and Dry Stocktakes within the hospitality sector.

This role transcends typical stocktaking duties. You will cultivate long-term business relationships with your assigned clients, offering professional guidance and support on managing a hospitality business while fulfilling your stocktaking responsibilities.

COMPENSATION: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (based on experience) + Competitive Mileage Allowance

WORK LOCATION: This position involves travel to various hospitality venues, including restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail entertainment locations.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the nature of this position, you must have access to your own vehicle.

JOB SUMMARY:

nGeneration presents an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with supervisory experience and knowledge of Wet and Dry Stocktakes.

If you have a background as a Stock Audit Consultant or Stocktaking Advisor, that’s excellent. However, we are also open to candidates with experience as a Bar Manager, Pub Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Supervisor in the hospitality industry. Additional training on our systems and processes will be provided.

As a Stock Audit Consultant, you will oversee several prominent restaurants, pubs, bars, and retail entertainment venues, visiting them regularly to conduct Wet and Dry Stocktakes.

In your role, you will analyze results, generate stocktake reports using EPoS systems (training provided), and collaborate with individual businesses to enhance stock utilization, ultimately improving their profitability.

Travel within your designated area is essential, and having access to your own vehicle is a requirement.

Qualifications:

To join nGeneration as a Hospitality Stocktaking Specialist, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. However, we will consider candidates with backgrounds as Assistant Restaurant Managers, Hospitality Managers, Pub/Bar Managers, Supervisors, or similar management roles in the hospitality sector with some experience in wet and dry stocktaking.
  • Experience with EPoS systems, including generating stocktake reports and item management.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • A solid understanding of stock yields and stock depletion.
