nGeneration is on the lookout for a knowledgeable Stocktake Auditor or a hospitality expert with a background in Wet and Dry Stocktakes in bars, pubs, or restaurants.

This role transcends typical stocktaking duties. You will forge lasting business relationships with your assigned clients, offering expert guidance and support in managing their hospitality operations while fulfilling your stocktaking obligations.

COMPENSATION: £25,000 - £27,000 annually (based on experience) + Competitive Mileage Allowance

LOCATION: This position involves travel to various hospitality venues in the designated area.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

IMPORTANT: A personal vehicle is required for this role.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

nGeneration presents an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with supervisory experience and knowledge of Wet and Dry Stocktakes.

While prior experience as a Stocktake Auditor is advantageous, we are open to candidates with backgrounds as Bar Managers, Pub Managers, Restaurant Managers, or Supervisors in the hospitality industry. Comprehensive training on our systems and processes will be provided.

As a Stocktake Auditor, you will oversee a selection of prominent restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment venues, conducting regular Wet and Dry Stocktakes.

Your responsibilities will also include analyzing stocktake results, generating reports using EPoS systems (training will be provided), and collaborating with businesses to enhance stock utilization, ultimately boosting their profitability.

Frequent travel within your assigned area is essential, and access to your own vehicle is a must.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the role of Hospitality Stocktaking Specialist at nGeneration, you should possess the following:

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we will consider candidates with backgrounds as Assistant Restaurant Managers, Hospitality Managers, Pub/Bar Managers, or Supervisors with some stocktaking experience.
  • Familiarity with EPoS systems, including generating stocktake reports.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • A solid understanding of stock yields and depletion.
