Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader to lead a team of stock counters in delivering a high-quality stocktaking service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 60 stock counters, ensuring that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of stock counters to deliver a high-quality stocktaking service
- Ensure that stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame
- Monitor and improve team productivity
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
- Ensure that correct procedures and processes are followed
Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to remain focused when under pressure
- Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to work at client sites, which may involve prolonged periods of standing and use of step stools and ladders.
