Retail Team Leader

Join our team as a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 60 stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of stock counters and ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality stock taking services
- Develop and implement effective stock taking processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with clients to understand their stock taking requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Travel to client sites to conduct stock takes and provide on-site support
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of stock taking services
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail or stock taking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
