Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage teams of stock counters to deliver the stock taking service
- Ensure accurate and efficient stock counting and reporting
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their inventory management needs
- Provide training and support to stock counter teams
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Full driving license and willingness to travel
