Retail Stocktaking Team Leader Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stocktaking team, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock taking
  • Deliver the end-to-end stock taking service on client sites
  • Ensure all stock is accurately counted and recorded
  • Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stocktaking or inventory management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel
