To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Coordinator - Futures Division** to come join the team at Lodge Lane (**WS11 0LT**).

**As our Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Working with the team to manage multiple team mailboxes.
- Checking of addresses, pricing, discount, product and haulage availability
- Ensuring new pricing requests are updated within the system
- Accurate and timely registration of new opportunities on the system
- Accurate entry of Quotations, Sales Orders, Samples and Schedules within the JDE system
- Working with the Sales & Operational Planning team to review and manage customer orders and schedules
- Investigating and resolving invoice queries
- Working with haulage partners to resolve delivery issues, whilst reducing costs to the customer and business.
- Ensuring regular and accurate updates are made within the CRM system

**In order to be successful as our Customer Service Coordinator, you will ideally be/have**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills.
- Demonstrate creativity and adaptability
- Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar systems
- Business to business customer service
- Experience with CRM Oracle based system

Previous experience working in customer service within a manufacturing environment and/or exposure to the building industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
