Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. As a Service Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of on-site servicing in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule on-site servicing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Installation and maintenance of company products on customer sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that servicing tasks are performed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the service team.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer communication.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and booking of servicing work.
  • Attend regular service meetings via team and head office.

Requirements:

  • Experience in appliances or white goods.
  • Proven experience in a service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
