Client Relations Coordinator

On behalf of Hales Group, we are seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to become a part of a friendly and growing team. This position is well-suited for individuals with prior office experience (though not mandatory) who thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering productive relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service.
Due to the nature of this role, possessing a valid driver’s license and having access to a personal vehicle is required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage assigned client accounts, process orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain regular communication with Account Managers to ensure seamless operations of Customer Portfolios.
- Document any client issues, propose potential solutions, and escalate matters when necessary.
- Oversee and manage orders received through the company’s online platform and address live chat inquiries as needed.
- Compile monthly service reports and relevant documentation to keep clients informed about their orders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams as required.
- Achieve team goals and KPIs while adhering to new procedures for continuous improvement.
- Process sample requests for clients when necessary.
- Participate in meetings as required, representing the Client Services team.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Familiarity with websites, web applications, e-commerce, and ERP systems (SAP) is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Confident and courteous telephone communication skills.
