Project Administrator

We are seeking a Project Administrator to support the delivery of Hymans Robertson’s internal projects and transformation activity. This is a hands-on role, where you will be doing more than administering the project. You will be actively involved in ensuring the success of the project by helping the project / change/ programme manager and the team identify what needs to be delivered, resolving issues, identifying dependencies and keeping the team focussed on what is important to ensure the outcomes targeted by the project can be achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Administer a diverse portfolio of projects
Set up and administer the project filing structure, governance and the roles and responsibilities of participants / stakeholders
Assist the project manager in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of project documentation for processes and deliverables using the most appropriate methods and tools regardless of project management approach (waterfall, agile, etc.) for that team, using the Hymans Robertson Change Management Framework (CMF) where applicable
Support the project lead with preparations for, delivery of and follow-up of meetings to co-ordinate the project team’s activities, delivery of meetings and workshops, diary co-ordination, monitoring of deliverables, and administering issues and risks
Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure an accurate understanding of progress and potential issues including the administration of actions in partnership with them
Keep the project team focussed on upkeep of the relevant quality of project documents e.g. plans, RAIDs, timelines, stakeholder impact assessments, RACI
Regular review of project materials, actions, budgets and project metrics
Identification and escalation of issues and risks arising, often assisting in the resolution of issues and mitigation of risks
Assist with the smooth transition of the project to Business as Usual (BAU) to verify that the project benefits are both fully realised and maintained.
Provide support to all members of the Change Team as priorities permit
Occasional assistance of other projects the Change Team support in other Business Support Units (BSU’s)

Qualifications and Experience
Strong track record of successfully administering a range of diverse projects
Some knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Awareness and some knowledge of change management
