- Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with customers, Service engineers and managers
- Follow daily processes within the department whilst also actioning reactive tasks
- Maintaining of contract database by supporting amendments & pre requisites
- Provide admin support to our regional engineering & management team.
- Support tailored requests for our regional customers
- Maintain regional documents/tracking
- Assist with sub-contractors

**What We Look For**:

- Evidence of providing excellent customer service and/or managing customer relationships
- The ability to deal with ad hoc requests and tasks
- Able to use own initiative, be proactive and have a confident demeanour
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- IT Skills - advanced knowledge of MS Office Package (especially Excel)
- Strong communication skills
