**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
As a Repairs Administrator, you will provide admin support to internal and external customers as part of the Repairs Team. You will also receive and respond to customer’s maintenance related enquiries. This is a fast paced role, working in a busy Repairs Team.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office full time within your 6 month probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- Administer CRM, Northgate and other databases in use by the organisation
- Provide full administrative support to Handy person service
- Assist and support the repairs advisors during busy times as required
- Accurately and prudently administer a range of payments in line with complaints processes and financial regulations

- Experience within Administration
- Excellent ICT skills and experience with monitoring and maintaining databases
- Experience of collating information, reporting and evaluating outcomes
- Experience of communicating with service users, staff and other agencies
- Experience in a role dealing with customers
