We are urgently seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our small, friendly team based in Sunbury.
**What you’ll do**:
- Liaising with driving teams and managers to allocate work
- Updating Contract Managers of any service issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Create routes for drivers based on customer requests
- Compile internal and external Excel reports from delivery data
**What you’ll need**:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
**What we can offer you**:
- Starting salary of £25,000 and £500 signing on bonus upon completion of your probation period

- Monday to Friday - no weekend work
**Hours**:
9 hour shift with one hour for lunch
You must be able to work shifts on a rota basis with the earliest start time being 7am and finishing at 7pm.
