**About The Role**:
As part of our growth here at TAC Healthcare, our Occupational Health business area have an exciting opening for a Medical Administrator.

As a Medical Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Global Expatriation Health Team, supporting with the request for medical assessments and other administrative tasks.

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday-Friday, from our clinic in Sunbury.

**What you will do**:

- Support with the request for medical assessments for the BECL clearance process and global health clearance process.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including employees, clinics and contractors and provide information on how the process works.
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of the expatriation process and the BECL process.
- Manage own workflow to meet the required process standards in line with company KPI’s.
- Manage queries relating to the process and escalate as required within the clearly defined escalation process.
- Support the Global and Centre administration teams when necessary.

**About you**:

- Strong ability to work under pressure in a team environment, working together to balance workloads and priorities.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions based on assessment and judgment.
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an administration role with similar responsibilities.
- Experience of working in Corporate/Customer facing environment.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a healthcare setting would be desirable but not essential.
