Business Development Executive, Business Services

**Business Development Executive, £28,000 Basic Salary, £55,000 OTE (uncapped).** This is a purely Business Development role within specialist recruitment services selling into the Public Sector, such as the NHS. This **role** is a combination of new business, taking **inbound sales enquiries/ marketing-generated leads** and **following the pipeline** from companies that have already registered an interest. Once you have secured the sale it is passed onto the delivery team.

This position starts with a comprehensive induction training programme.
**What we require**:
- Experience within a call-focused or **target-driven sales role**. Telesales, inbound sales and contact centre sales backgrounds will all be acceptable if it is within a targeted and proactive sales environment.
