**Job description**:
Our Operational Officers do lots of different things...
- Do you enjoy working in a bustling environment? You’ll be meeting deadlines and targets
- Do you enjoy working with others? You’ll be part of a team, to deliver a great service to our customers
- Do you enjoy helping people? You could be responding to our customers and handling correspondence from them
**Person specification**:
As an Operational Officer you could be placed in a variety of teams within our Belfast Office. You will:
- Be well organised - enjoying working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a great communicator - both in writing and when speaking to people
- Have good IT skills - you’ve not got to be an expert, just somebody who feels confident using a computer
- Be adaptable - sometimes ways of doing things change and we need people who are happy to change too
- Be accurate - this just means having an eye for detail
- Be confident to make decisions - where you can explain why you’ve made them
- Be bold and curious - we want people who will look at our information and aren’t afraid to ask questions when things don’t seem quite right.
You’ll also:
- Receive all the training you need from our friendly colleagues and managers - no previous experience is needed as we’ll give you all the training and support you need.
