Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced administrator to oversee daily operations in our medical examination centre.
This role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations in the medical centre
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes
- Support customers with form completion and provide administrative assistance
- Maintain accurate records using computer systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with MSC
- Meet customer KPI targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Prior experience in administrative or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to travel within the area and potentially to other locations

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 per annum.
