As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and organised professional to join our team as a Group Onboarding Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of Banham by ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires across various departments across the group.

As the Group Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in onboarding, welcoming, and integrating new employees into our company culture and teams. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about creating a positive first impression for new team members and is above all a people person

**What can you bring to Banham?**

Your previous experience of working within a compliance or onboarding role will enable you to;
- Follow the implemented comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with our values, goals, and employee expectations.
- Be responsible for the new employee onboarding process in line with operational procedures and policies.
- Maintain the onboarding area of the Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct pre-employment checks, always ensuring compliance - using external service providers
- including DBS Checks, RTW checks, and more.
- Drafting and sending onboarding documents including offer letters and contracts
- Conduct regular check-ins with new hires to assess their onboarding experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

**Professional Requirements**
- A strong understanding of BS7858 (2019) standard - highly desirable
- CIPD Level 3 or studying towards Competencies (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience of working within a compliance setting - highly desirable
- Heightened attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality required
- Able to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Brilliant administrative skills with a strong customer service style
- IT literate
