Key Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Managing employee onboarding, including drafting contracts and sending out reference requests;
  • Assisting with employee enquiries and updating the HR system with employee details;
  • Coordinating inductions for new starters in the London office;
  • Liaising with other business functions to ensure accurate information and timely deadlines;
  • Preparing paperwork for secondments and assisting the Early Careers team with Trainee seat rotations;

The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
