A leading recruitment agency, Austin Fraser, is currently assisting a Not-for-Profit Organisation based in Central London in their search for an interim HR Coordinator for an initial 3-month term. This role combines flexible working arrangements with occasional office attendance.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various people-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. They will act as the primary point of contact for related matters.

Main Tasks
  1. Maintain precise and confidential employee records in digital folders.
  2. Oversee employee lifecycle administration, covering onboarding, training, and absence management.
  3. Optimise the absence management process to promote efficiency.
  4. Support the maintenance of the People Policies (staff handbook).
  5. Coordinate onboarding and training programs, including associated communication.
  6. Administer Health & Safety induction processes, assessments, and required paperwork.
  7. Manage payroll administration tasks.
  8. Support recruitment efforts.
  9. Collaborate in coordinating organisational communication.
  10. Support the probationary and review processes.
  11. Contribute to the Diversity Team and Wellbeing Team initiatives.
  12. Prioritise adherence to confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
  13. Provide administrative support to the CEO regarding Trustee activities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000-£43,000, reflecting the demands of the position and its Central London location.
