About This Opportunity:

This exciting role involves working closely with the People & Culture leadership team to support the effective operation of our HR functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring seamless access to relevant information.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, manage employee lifecycle data, and provide exceptional support to new employees.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the HR function.
  • Prepare reports and analytics to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Assist with return-to-work processes, track absences, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Deliver an outstanding induction experience for new employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners, showcasing excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to various projects and initiatives, demonstrating expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

  • Demonstrated expertise in HR administration, with a proven ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate complex processes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR systems, office software, and analytical tools, with a passion for learning and growth.

Salary Information:

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
