Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at North Bridge Staffing Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate the hiring process across various business sectors.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and other candidate meetings.
- Manage candidate records and track progress using an applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with business teams to gather candidate feedback and determine next steps.
- Prepare offer letters and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
- Contribute to recruiting and HR initiatives, such as candidate tracking, documentation, and surveys.
- Support recruiting events and oversee seasonal internship programs.
- Process expense reports and invoices related to recruitment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience or internships in recruiting, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
