Recruitment Coordinator Manager

We are seeking a skilled Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Catalyst Partners. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our client's recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experiences and effective hiring outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, and event organisation.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Manage recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress and maintaining data accuracy.
- Liaise with HR to facilitate onboarding and ensure smooth candidate transitions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR support, with a strong track record in interview scheduling.
- Familiarity with HR and onboarding processes in a fast-paced corporate setting.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Estimated Salary: £50,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
