The Client Onboarding Project Co-ordinator delivers a “white glove” onboarding experience to Questel’s high-value accounts, refines overall strategy for onboarding new clients, and oversees day-to-day customer configuration activities. This position reports to the Director, Client Onboarding.

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Client Onboarding Coordinators to ensure all new customers are set up quickly, effectively, and defect-free
- Support day-to-day account setup activities such as customer profile creation and auditing as needed
- Conduct client needs assessments to understand and document requirements
- Create and execute on custom service plans for onboarding high level customers
- Manage and facilitate multi-service and product onboardings
- Train clients and provide supporting documentation on Questel’s Portals
- Set up critical client assets (Client templates, style guides, client legacy reference materials)
- Liaise with stakeholders in Operations, Technical Services, Procurement, Billing and Product to ensure customer requirements are supported and understood across all internal functions
- Drive revenue growth through exceptional service that consistently meets and exceeds client expectations
- Lead or participate in department-wide improvement initiatives
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings
- Report on account setup activity

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Customer Support or Project Management in Professional Service. Or any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer support or Project Management
- Fluency in English
- Able to analyze and synthesize information and evaluate external client needs as they correlate to company services
- Confidence in conducting online training
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills, and able to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective multi-tasking/prioritization skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- German and/or French languages appreciated
- Knowledge in IP is a plus
