Client Onboarding and Investment Management

As the Client Onboarding and Investment Management Agreement Specialist you will liaise extensively with internal stakeholders to ensure any mandate changes are seamlessly implemented.
**Key remits**
- Obtain approval for fee schedules and mandate changes
- Coordination of legal agreements including investment management agreements (IMA’s) and investment guidelines documents
- Extensive internal liaison to ensure a seamless onboarding documentation process
- Working closely with Institutional Client Services, legal, compliance, sales, portfolio managers and operations to support the negotiation of mandate terms
- Support the Pooled Vehicle business coordinating rebate and distribution agreements
**Experience**
- Proven experience working with segregated client agreements and/ or IMA’s (investment management agreements)
- Good investment management experience and dealing with onboarding process and mandate changes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to project manage the onboarding and legal documentation process
