I'm looking for a Client Onboarding Coordinator to support a leading Wealth Management Firm in their client on-boarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of client documentation.

Your Role

Review and approve new client documentation, conducting AML/KYC and identity checks, and ensuring proper escalation of high-risk or complex cases.

Provide regulatory guidance to the Investment Management and Operations teams, and address team queries and tasks efficiently and positively.

Collaborate with colleagues to promote engagement and uphold best practices, and leverage your understanding of private client portfolios, securities, and investment products.

Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment related to financial crime prevention is essential, and 2 years of relevant work experience are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and approve client documentation
  2. Conduct AML/KYC and identity checks
  3. Escalate high-risk or complex cases
  4. Provide regulatory guidance
  5. Address team queries and tasks
  6. Collaborate with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Understanding of private client portfolios, securities, and investment products
  • Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment related to financial crime prevention
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
