Onboarding Coordinator

The Onboarding Coordinator welcomes newly hired employees and executes the onboarding journey. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for all new employees to ensure a smooth start into their roles.
You’ll be responsible for managing any onboarding queries and escalate any issues relating to the offer or screening process.
You’ll create new starters on our HR system Workday and liaise with the Technology team to ensure they have the relevant information to get equipment & systems set up.
**Working arrangements**
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.
At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
**About you**
With knowledge of recruitment legislation and employment contracts, you’ll have demonstrable experience using a Recruitment Application Tracking System. You’ll also have previous experience supporting a team and working within a fast-paced team.
To be successful in this role you will:
- have excellent communication skills
- be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as the Technology team and our DBS checking company we use
- have excellent attention to detail and strong time management experience
