**The Role**:Creative Business Support, Office Support, Creative Administrator
**The Location**:Thame, Oxfordshire (office-based)
**Salary**:Starting at £25,000 per annum, increasing to £26,500 after the probationary period)
**Hours**:9:00am - 5:30pm from Monday - Friday (Full-time)

**Your role will be creatively led;** There is a requirement to co-ordinate and manage creative functions whilst supporting the strategic elements such as facilities management, digital organisation, and general office support.

**This is a non-traditional, dynamic, and responsive position **suitable for a multi-passionate individual looking for a role where no two days are the same. You will have a dedicated line manager but will be expected to manage your personal workload and be responsive to priorities as appropriate.

The business support team structure is newly formed, and you have an opportunity to join this small growing team.

**Roles and Responsibilities for Creative Business Support, Office Support, Creative Administrator**

**Job Purpose**:To proactively deliver high-quality business support to the company with a focus on creative responsibilities in partnership with the existing business support team.

**This is an office-based role** and a constant presence from the business support team is essential.

**Working as Creative Business Support, Office Support, Creative** **Administrator You will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the following functions**:
**Proposal and Reports**
- Creation, development and innovation of proposals, reports, and presentations
- Digital file management
- Proof reading

**Proactive Marketing Support**
- Conference and event organisation
- Website maintenance (creative and digital updates)
- Digital brochure and business card maintenance
- Maintain social media schedule and upload posts
- Support internal events, acting as host where required
- Community engagement
- Update and maintain CRM databases
- Write and distribute internal communications i.e., updates and newsletters

**As part of the Creative Business Support, Office Support, Creative** **Administrator You will be responsible for supporting the following functions**:
**Managing Facilities**
- Opening and closing of office
- Historical building housekeeping
- Gardening maintenance
- Managing contractors
- Manage and order stationery and office supplies
- Health and safety

**General Business Support**
- Act as an initial point of contact for the offsite team and deliver appropriate business support
- Point of contact for external calls
- International and national travel and accommodation co-ordination
- Providing a business support presence at appropriate client meetings and events
- Submit monthly expense reports
- Deliver relevant research
- Development of policies, procedures, training, and awareness GDPR and cybersecurity
- Internal digital security
- Supporting point of contact for IT Provider

**Qualifications and Experience for the role Creative Business Support, Office Support, Creative Administrator**

**Essential**
- preferably 3 years’ experience in a business support role (i.e. administration)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams
- Advanced and creative Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with experience delivering high quality, professional presentations and reports for a business audience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Personable, able to work well in a small team, a relationship builder
- An eye for design style and high-quality delivery
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage personal workload
- Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Competence in booking flights and accommodation
- Familiarity with office equipment including printers
