Salary - £26,000.

The role is full-time office based and located at our Aylesbury Office.

Working hours are Monday-Friday between 08:30 and 17:30, 37.5 hours per week with 1 hour (unpaid) for lunch.

Occasional Saturdays on a rota basis working 09:00 - 12:30 paid as overtime (time and a half).

25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, plus 1 day for your birthday (once probation has been successfully completed).

**Key Deliverables**
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customer, dealer and repairer queries, ensuring they are processed within agreed timeframes.
- Contacting customers promptly for further information as and when required for processing claims.
- Provide guidance to customers on the claims process.
- Update customer information on the internal database, ensuring all data recorded is accurate.
- Check invoices and pass to Claims Administration for processing.
- Answering overflow calls and taking messages for the Claims Engineers.
- Maintaining GDPR principles at all times.

Policy holders, repairers, dealers, Claims Engineers and Claims Administrators.

Reports to Claims Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Technical knowledge of motor vehicles (desirable).
- Knowledge of the warranty sector and key competitors (desirable).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Team player able to collaborate and interface with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with common sense and ability to recommend solutions and take initiative.
- Self-motivated and proactive in stepping up to take tasks and responsibilities.
- Determined, resilient and tenacious.
- Diplomatic, polite, and personable.
- Interested in further developing motor industry knowledge (desirable).
