We're looking for a dynamic Administrator to support the Memory Assessment service in the Buckinghamshire.

This is a varied and demanding role within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate data and electronic records are maintained.

You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy and varied environment.

This role is based with our Memory Assessment Service, this role will be focused on supporting our existing administration team, along side supporting the local team with general admin tasks.

As an administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day organisation of the team, and work flexibly to support the locality. You will need excellent IT and communication skills, and be reliable and dedicated.

In this varied role, you will support the team in their handover and all administrative tasks. There will be opportunities to work directly with clinicians and other administrative colleagues within the locality.

You will be required to maintain equipment and stock supplies, update electronic patient records, keep excellent standards within the office that enable quick and easy access for clinical paperwork.

This role is available as a full time post or part time. For part time there will need to be minimum of 3 days including Friday's.
