As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the database of authorised users with access to various areas and facilities within Electricity North West. In addition, the role will support the functions of the Accommodation Team, including Facilities Management, Energy Management, Project Management and Property Management.

As a Data Coordinator, you can expect to:

- Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access permissions based on our policies and procedures
- Ensure that the access control system and ID card system function properly and securely, and manage any faults with suppliers or IT
- Monitor and audit the access logs and usage, and generate reports and statistics as required
- Manage the inventory and distribution of ID cards and related equipment and supplies
- Technically adept at operating computer database programmes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills influencing key suppliers and stakeholders, including employees and management
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to develop new processes to drive efficient behaviour
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload to strict deadlines
