Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retrofit Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our retrofit projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze photographs taken during surveys to ensure accurate data collection and input data from field surveyors onto bespoke industry systems with precision.
  • Communication: Liaise with field surveyors, taking accurate notes and coordinating effectively, as well as engage with customers to gather additional information and explain the details of the projects to be undertaken on their homes.
  • Task Management: Utilize various software tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Teams, as well as bespoke systems, to manage tasks and communicate with team members.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with both field surveyors and customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Sheets.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to learning and using new systems.
