* Monitor order progress and address any issues that may arise.

* Sales Analysis and Reporting:

* Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.

* Administrative Support:

* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

* Assist with invoicing, credit control, and other administrative tasks.

* Team Collaboration:

* Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

* Support the overall goals and objectives of the sales team.

Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
